This driver demonstrated an unbelievable level of unprofessionalism. After picking up the load, he drove over 1,000 miles in the wrong direction to go home and ultimately just abandoned the truck and the load. This behavior caused us significant financial losses and severely damaged our customer relationship. We strongly advise against working with this driver. Their complete lack of responsibility and accountability is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
