So Mr. Juan Antonio Renteria did the orientation, requested plates from us and even rented a trailer. His truck was in the shop and didn't get out on the road, but used the fuel card to put some diesel. We also covered the drug test and the plates. and after one week without working he came to the yard without to notify us and dropped the trailer and devices. Michael abandoned truck with loaded trailer, he was always late, always had excuse for everything, but not reliable at all, he would say one thing and do opposite, always sick, always has family emergencies in FL and WV, asks for cash advances 3-4 times a week. Sometime next day after getting paid. Pathological Lier. Do not waste time. Do not Hire.

He substituted his sample for a pre employment drug test, got him a hotel prior the drug test and he disappeared. Total waist of time and money

Abandoned the truck and disappeared . This driver leased our truck, said he will go home for couple days, after couple days he didn't answer for few weeks. Then we checked where is the truck and went to bring it back to IL , we found the truck with removed wheels and other things.

Be E.X.T.R.A. careful with this driver Ashley Nicole Jarboe and her co-driver Marc Leon Gublo. They are the biggest waste of time and money!!! They sounded legit on the phone; however, they turned out to be the biggest liars ever. We approved their CDLs and decided to hire them. Company even paid for the tickets from Rochester NY to Chicago IL. As a thank you, they decided to abandon our equipment after the first load. On top of this, they stole our tablet, GPS and demanded to be paid for that one load if we wanted to get it back. We received a delayed response to the team’s employment verification from at least 3 other company’s – all saying the same thing – ABANDONED EQUIPMENT.

Poor communication, bad attitude. Reject to make a delivery. Abandoned truck with loaded trailer. Left with 8k in damages and recovery fees alone. will not hire again

Decent driver when he is working. Be careful because he tends to disapear for couple weeks and then work again. Last time abandoned truck in NJ and not responding to calls and nothing.

One of the worst drivers. Always had problems navigating to shippers receivers and if he cant find it, he might even don't go there and will ignore you till next day. After accepting load he went off for whole day till next day morning, because of that we got freight guard. We tried sending him back to the yard, so after delivery he took the truck and went home 500mi away. Did not pick up the phone. One of the worst drivers. Made so many problems.. BE CERAFULL !!!

Abandon truck in Nashville, TN. Firstly left keys to pick up then he decide to take it and blackmail company to send him $500 so he can give back the key, would not recommend to anyone at all.

In summary, this truck driver's bad attitude, constant arguments, neglect of equipment, and involvement in an accident make him an unwise choice for professional collaboration. I strongly discourage considering him for any future assignments due to the evident lack of professionalism and safety awareness. Never hire again!!!

Don't hire this guy, he has mental problems in his head. Without notice, he brought the truck in a terrible condition. He doesn't speak English, and has a lot of problems on shipping/ receiving all the time swears with someone. Drilled many holes all over the truck in the interior to install diode lights, he screwed the bed and then it won’t open in the new truck without permission!!!Then threatened that he would tell everything on Facebook!

Driver was hired on November 8th and abandoned the truck on the 8th of December. To make it even worse the driver parked the truck in the middle of traffic and just left.

This driver is all BS. says he wanted work, He was ready to come to work for me, Day of orientation it's 1pm I have called him through the morning and after noon no answer. He finally picks up at 1pm and says he never got on the plane. This guy will waste you time and money. Stay away

Driver abandoned truck under a load in North Carolina, issues with him towards the end of his career with us. Would not recommend hiring.
