Not responsible! supposed to start working with us, was texting me all day long that he is coming 7 pm Friday , in the end never came, looks like an issue from the begining.

guy told always on time for deliveries and pick up , in 3 weeks showed late every monday , guy want stay at home every weekend , that was agreed that sometimes he will be maybe saturday morning and sunday late he will have to leave , gave load 5 hours away from home , guy was unhappy , because he dont want to be that far from home on friday , even agreed before that he will be some weeks coming saturday home , called said this is not acceptable , but acceptable him being late , terminated without options for re hire
