NOT A RELIABLE DRIVER AT ALL! Very unprofessional behavior, taking loads as hostages and doesn't want to finish them. He worked less than a week, a complete waste of time!

We screened this driver, sent him our ELD device company signs paperwork got him insured, wasted a lot of time and money on him. He was supposed to start yesterday, he was contacted multiple times with no answer. He called today to say he found something better. This guy is dishonest and a waste of time.

He was in our company for about 10 months on lease to purchase program, on this terrible market he was grossing over 10k a week but from some reason he was full of hate to the company the whole time. At the end he started threating he will leave truck on weight station, he was mad because we charging him for truck(he chose to do lease to purchase and not company driver), he was mad because we charge him dispatch fee( I guess he did not want dispathers to have salary), he was always complaining how he has to feed his family(like other people don't have families) and so on and so on. He end up leaving truck on weigh station in Indiana in terrbile condition, trailer in even worse condition. Do not hire unless you want to argue every day all day, he is ok driver but as a person extremly rude and difficult to work with

Stay away from this PIRATE!! He supposedly has experience and was an owner, sounds and acts good. For 2 weeks with us he had 5 accidents. He only reported one when he was stopped by the police. We are looking in claims for over $200k....

This man likes to waste time and money. 2 years ago, he applied to my company, took drug test and came for orientation. He drove our truck in Chicago then came back to the yard and left it without telling anybody anything. He applied again this week, same thing came for orientation, then disappears. We finally get a reply on text that he is flying to mexico. Very rude behavior. Be careful with this time and money waster.

This driver abandoned our truck and trailer. Trailer was dropped at some truck stop close to his home and ended up being towed. At first, he promised to return our equipment back to the yard; however, a day later he stopped responding. On top of this, Lavonte is responsible for two cargo claims. The first one is - cargo was damaged upon delivery due to many harsh braking events. He even admitted to the broker that he had to hit the breaks more than a few times during his trip. The second one is - he skipped the second pick-up and got a partial load that caused some money to the company.

PURCHASED A FLIGHT FOR HIM FROM GA-IL. HE NEVER SHOWED UP AT THE AIRPORT

Bobby was hired on 11/02/23 to work for us. He got first load same day and right away he asked for $200.00 Cash advance which was approved and issued to him. Next day he told us he got sick even though he made extra 200 miles out of his way to go to his house to spend over the weekend. He asked another $200.00 cash advance on 11/06/23 which was approved once again. He had a load of 1184 miles that he delivered on 11/08/23. Then after he delivered he picked up another load and stayed like 50 miles from PU until 11/09/23. Next day he starts to call from unknown number and requesting to get more money sent to him so he can pay his phone bill which we declined to do. He disconnected ELD device and was playing victim like he doesn't have GPS to go to make delivery where in fact he was all along driving during the day from near Corpus Cristy to Dallas. He send us message saying your truck is in Dallas and come and get it. Also he didn't want to give us location of the truck luckily we have GPS on trailer and we were able to find our truck and trailer and get it towed before he started driving again. He has abandoned the truck & trailer and didn't even want to tell us where our equipment is located. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns but we would never hire this guy again. Dishonest and unprofessional and one of the worst drivers we had.

Lied about previous jobs lenght and then got defensive and offensive calling us towel head wearing people, who cant speak english. He couldn't afford to fly in for the job and got bitter about his own job hopping. I would not recommend hiring him. Very rude and disrespectful.

He came to the company as an owner operator and rented out trailer. He came with a story of bringing additional 5 trucks to the company but all those truck and his own were owned by a third person. He abandoned the trailer, stole the tablet that was in the truck and used company fuel card for his personal stuff. Do not hire.

Luis Gonzalez waited for the last paycheck by taking home time, and then after we sent his last check, he disappeared. Abandoned the truck/trailer in TX.

CDL#S********1620 This driver drove from IL to FL our truck without letting us know, he parked the truck somewhere in Miami and didn't want to give us the key. This driver is not reliable at all, you can't trust him, don't waste time with him.

Driver couldn't get unloaded at the receiver in Oklahoma, was told to wait further directions, instead start driving home to Florida, cut fuel card off, when she abandon truck and cargo in Jackson MS. Hire at your own risk.

He abandoned the truck-trailer in FL. After a couple of months he called to apologize and to ask if we would give him another chance. We did! And ofc)) he abandoned the truck, trailer again 3 months later. Only this time he also damaged both units before disappearing.

Derrick is always late, He has no concept of DOT regulations and hol to operate ELD. He abandoned brand new truck and trailer all trashed from the inand outside. He went trough residential areas multiple times with both truck and trailer while on home time and damaged both the truck and trailer. Lives of cash advance. Averages 300-350 miles a day. Multiple dents wholes and scratches, it cost us $35,000 to repair it. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Went to test, got into a brawl with the attendant, took his sample back, they will mark him positive automatically. He can try to argue it. Called a few months later looking for a job with us again, when i started asking the qualifying questions, stated i have an attitude and don't want to do my job. I would not recommend. He jumps from job to job every 2 months.
