I booked a different load, finished my day, and left the office by 3 PM. At 4:06 PM, I got a rate confirmation from that broker via email. I called and emailed her and the brokerage, but no one responded. The next morning, I reached one of her colleagues and explained everything. He said it was fine, but by 1 PM that day, I got a call from my boss saying we had a FreightGuard report against us.
They blackmailed me into taking a load from IL to IA for free$1,300 value to remove the FreightGuard. I accepted, but let me just say: Sherrell and George from Navajo, I hope karma gets you.
