They do not pay detention-12 hours at the pick up and no detention paid.I booked a load with them that supposed to be ready at 4 pm- I arrived 3 hours earlier at the pick up.Load got ready at midnight and I was loaded at 1am.They were notified every 2 hours about load not being ready and they just told me to be patient.After when the delivery was done ,they said that this facility is FCFS and they do not pay any detention which is ridiculous.

These guys will ignore your emails and phone calls after promised detention. Cameron Atkinson is mainly the idiot im talking about here

Terrible company STAY AWAY VERY RUDE AND BAD PEOPLE. If you are a carrier DO NOT book a load they will waste your time will agree on price then will look for cheaper option and will delay as long is possible. If you are shipper even worst to go with them they do not care your load to get into hands of good and reliable carrier but would give to any one just so they can keep bigger bite if the rate for them this way your load is in huge risk. They are BIG TIME LYERS.!!!

Sent us the wrong rate confirmation, went to pick up and it was for the next day, when asked for a TONU they insulted and threatened us.

Very rude and unprofessional broker if you think you can curse at and constantly call drivers and try to charge 300 dollar late fees and 300 tracking fee deductions off of rate

Carriers, Drivers, Shippers STAY AWAY from this company. Unprofessional lying company in every way. We booked load with Trent Williams, came at shipper on time, load wasn't ready and this broker refused to pay us TONU.

Even if you give updates all day long and you deliver on time with clean bills, they will charge you $300 for not using macropoint. Total scam!
