Please BEWARE of this company (DO NOT USE), the employees are so unethical, and unprofessional, they have no common sense, don’t know how to do their job, and can’t read and process information, as a summary, they don’t deserve to have this type of job they do. Especially BRIANNA DOYEN and NATHAN GIBBS who claims to be the owner of this company both have full mouths when they talk with customers all they use is the “F… you” word and hang up the phone on the customer. We wish we could give zero (0) Star that is so unfortunate. This company deserved to be shut down completely because of the two. They try their best and use all the excuses not to pay their load and are quick to send you emails about the deduction for late paperwork. Also, they are quick to report a company to CarrierResponse with the bad intention of saying you stole their products and submitting claims to the insurance company. When you email them, they keep the email sitting in their mailbox and never open them to reply until you call them. They probably share the revenue among themselves when they held other company money. This will be the last time they will do that to a company, our company will set the example, and we are ready to take as further as they wish. Just wanted to share a little bit of our experience with them with the world. We will keep the remaining pieces of evidence for our lawyer.
