Driver drove with us for about 2wks, dispatcher got him home on a short-notice, communication was as usual, Monday comes, he agrees to take a hot load, dispatcher books it, driver goes MIA, we have to find someone else in the area to quickly pick-up the load, the driver reappears a couple of days with a message telling us to "come get yall truck" DO NOT HIRE. Unprofessional, unpredictable, cost the company thousands of dollars.

  3. As a carrier we booked a load for them, they don’t have a good credit with any factoring company, they didn’t pay us for the TOUN, they don’t respond to the emails or phone calls, I don’t recommend do business with them, bad experience.
  4. Rude and unprofessional brokerage. Do not recommend this company to work with.

Please BEWARE of this company (DO NOT USE), the employees are so unethical, and unprofessional, they have no common sense, don’t know how to do their job, and can’t read and process information, as a summary, they don’t deserve to have this type of job they do. Especially BRIANNA DOYEN and NATHAN GIBBS who claims to be the owner of this company both have full mouths when they talk with customers all they use is the “F… you” word and hang up the phone on the customer. We wish we could give zero (0) Star that is so unfortunate. This company deserved to be shut down completely because of the two. They try their best and use all the excuses not to pay their load and are quick to send you emails about the deduction for late paperwork. Also, they are quick to report a company to CarrierResponse with the bad intention of saying you stole their products and submitting claims to the insurance company. When you email them, they keep the email sitting in their mailbox and never open them to reply until you call them. They probably share the revenue among themselves when they held other company money. This will be the last time they will do that to a company, our company will set the example, and we are ready to take as further as they wish. Just wanted to share a little bit of our experience with them with the world. We will keep the remaining pieces of evidence for our lawyer.
  6. My substantial amount of payment was held and I was reported to freight guard !!If one person gives you destructive feedback it does not say much but if you get criticized by 10 different brokers it means it is time to take lessons!
  7. Herlache has been working with Merge for the past 4-5 months and they are exceptional. We look forward to continued business!
  8. Do not work with this broker at all. they lied that they will pay for detention and layover, we lost 4 days with them because people simply do not know what they are doing. In addition to everything, when the load was unloaded, after two weeks of lying, they said that they would not pay anything. HIllary Sampson, Mark, Dixie.. do not do business with them at all. My advice is to avoid this broker at all costs, because it is simply not worth your time and effort, and you will definitely be left without money.
  9. Hope this dishonest company goes out of business!!!! We do not recommend to work with them! Bad, unprofessional and very rude!!!! Liars!
  10. Driver quit without 2 weeks notices. He abandoned our truck in Wynne, AR and we had to recover it.
  11. Dropped the truck without the reason. Worked for 3 weeks. Week solo. DONT HIRE

This driver has been difficult to work with, first he complains about the truck not being a Kenworth in our public channel, then he threaten to abandon our truck with a load in our public channel here is apic of what he said. There is no professionalism with this driver. We gave him another chance even after that. He did not work for us, staying home too long for what we need. Then he goes and starts blasting our company business page publicly on facebook. This driver is not worth the headache that he brings with his negative attitude non stop complaining. This was our experience.
  13. Driver caused two accidents in a month ($250k+ in claims), then left the company with his truck owner Pete Avramovich. He's unreliable and hard to work with, major attitude problem.
  14. Worked for 3 weeks. Went home for a home time. Never returned. "Send driver to pu the trk I found local job". Thank you....
