Removed seal without our permission. Load was rejected. But the main issue that he was disrespectful with the warehouse workers which resulted in DNU with broker.

This driver often missed deadlines, which caused a lot of delays. It was tough to get in touch with and he always had excuses like falling asleep or blaming the traffic. Overall, his driving skills and attitude were below what we expected. P.s. Very rude driver..
