Always late to pick up/delivery, doesn't answer the phone, always asking for cash advance, Abandoned equipment.

This guy likes to was time. First he said he was with a company that kept braking down, he was ready to come over our company. Paid for his drug test, he then says he is driving for another company already and asks for another drug test in Ohio instead. He never goes and now is not answering the phone or texts. WASTE OF TIME

Joseph Culver was driving for us for a week and since he started he did not want to speak and communicate with his dispatcher unless he wanted something. He was giving attitude to everyone and he requested home time, after 2 loads which we respected and sent him home in NJ. He said he will come back on the road on Monday but then he changed his mind and requested an additional day off, which is fine. After he picked up a load the next day he damaged his tablet, damaged the fridge in the truck, stopped at a plaza in NJ and abandoned the truck with the doors open and with a loaded trailer. Please do not hire this driver, he will cause a lot of issues.

Drove team for a short time, max 5 weeks. We require minimum 3 weeks out, each week they went home, not grossing high. He was actually arrested because he got into an argument with the co-driver Vanlisa. They are a waste of time, at the end he stole the mattress, punched and damaged the radio, stole the tablet, and fuel cards. He is not the smartest cookie in the pack. They abandoned equipment in Fort Worth, TX even though both drivers were from Houston.

On the start the driver was ok. After some time he started going every week home and not come for a few days. He was telling that he needed to go to the doctor, that he had some issues etc. He lived in Florida and on the beginning it was okay because we taught that he indeed had some issues. When that started happening every week we started getting worried that there is something more to the story. When he was home he was not picking up the phone, not giving updates and stuff like that. He abandoned the trailer and it was towed away which caused us more than $2000 to recover it. After that he started driving again and requested to go home again. While he was home we got a call from another company where he applied to work. He told us that he will bring the truck to base and he will leave. He refused to bring it with a load and drove all the way from FL to IL empty. He held the truck for 2 days while he was transferring his stuff to the other company. After that, he abandoned the truck on a different yard which is not ours. When we send our maintenance guy to recover the truck he saw that the truck was running. The coolant was on zero. The airlines were cut with a knife and all the straps were cut to the core which you can see on the pictures. We paid for the truck to be towed to our shop so we can fix it. When he left he started cursing and threatening everyone who works for the company. Whatever you do DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY if you don't want to have troubles every day.

We open the registration for his truck paid invoice 1240$, paid deposit 1000$ for trailer and paid 600$ for 20 days, put him on insurance, paid ELD, Drug test. He show up and took trailer, put signs and left. After 1 hour he returned everything and said he will go with different company. 3000$ waisted. Terrible experience.

We need drivers so I thought I would give him a chance. I wish I had taken the warning from his other CDL scan review. He burned a drug test, hotel reservation etc. Very untrustworthy and unreliable

Applied to work for us and did Pre-Emplyoment Drug test! Came out possitive for Marijuana

Everything went smoothly with this driver. One day he just stopped answering our calls and ended up abandoning the equipment.

ABANDONED TRUCK & TRAILER. DRIVER DECIDED TO LEAVE THE EQUIPMENT AND GO TO LAS VEGAS TO PARTY.

The driver left the truck on the road and lied to the dispatcher and the owner about the fact that he wanted to do the restart and left the car. Never work with this driver again

Came for work, needed to wait till the morning to get his truck ready. Next morning came smelling weed, all angry, said his house flooded dammanded to buy ticket home. Than cursed out everyone at the office and left.

Driver finished orientation at 4pm, got a load for the morning 6am, he stole the truck and went home 500 miles away, turned his phone off, didn't let anybody know about whereabouts, we had to do recovery of load, call the police to recover the truck from him. DO NOT HIRE HIM

Complete crazy man and will abandon equipment

Please save yourself from this guy! He's been with us for about 3 years now and we always gave him chances to keep working with us, but him abandoning the truck was the last straw. He's had 4 claims with loads and got into 2 accidents with our truck. He sold all the equipment before abandoning the truck in Texas. Honestly if you want to save your money and your time, do yourself a favor and skip over this guy. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
