Came in to work as a team, flew in on Monday, put them in hotel because they did not like the truck that they were getting, got them new truck situated the following day. Went to pick up equipment then went to pickup trailer, said 2 tires were bad, asked them to go get them replaced they did not want to, so then we located a different trailer but instead they returned equipment to the dealer. Wasted our time, wasted my money. Do not hire him or his co driver Marvin. From morning complete ignorance of communication waste of time. I should of never even started from the attitude of Joshua. Marvin is the one who has no word and just abides by what he is said to do from Joshua.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked a load that was scheduled for next day delivery. Took my driver almost 24 hrs to get unloaded They blew up my phone, email, and called driver and text him. He was on tracking. Come to find out, they never got confirmation of changing appt to next day in writing only did it via phone call. Now I can barely get an answer from someone- ghosted!!!!

Canceled the load and booked with another carrier. Booked a load with us and than cancelled saying shipper is closed. I called the shipper and they were still opened and waiting for us so we sent a driver to figure it out what is going on and than we find out they booked the same load with another carrier for cheaper rate. So be careful with those people that work from India

I needed a layover for the driver for one of the loads that he did. Could not get in touch with the broker for a week. He was hanging up on my calls and completely ignoring my email. Finally I reached out to his manager and the manager told me that he did not care about our problem. Only only he was rude to me but completely incompetent. So this is how they do business.. Will never work with hem again and strongly suggest to stay away for everyone else!!!

Fraud! Alert! Dont work with them! We booked a load with them with 3 deliveries. There were lumpers at all three places and we called them to pay it with express codes for checks. When we delivered all and sent invoice, they deducted all lumpers from our rate and made it almost double less. Now we are in police procces with them, trying to get our money back. Please avoid them!

We booked a load with Luke that was supposed to be picked up in Medford, OR--When my driver arrived at the shipper we were told that the load actually shipped out of Chemault, OR. 108 miles out of route. Requests for additional compensation were ignored. Any amount to help us cover fuel expense would have been sufficient, After 2 weeks of trying to make contact with Luke he finally flat out said that he was not going to pay any additional $ for the out of route miles. Then fictitiously accused us of being late for the delivery appointment, which is absolutely not true. Poor communication, unprofessional, bait and switch artist.

We booked a load with Nate (pleasant and no problems), then when we arrived at location, we were told it was a “ghost load” and should’ve never been posted as order hadn’t even been received yet by Shipper. It would take a couple of hours minimum before it would be ready. Notified Nate. He verified that the load was not ready yet, but “Account Manager, Mitch” refused to pay TONU even though truck was at Shipper and ready to load. He even agreed that was the definition of a Truck Order Not Used. Horrible customer service! Will never use this broker again and highly suggest that any reputable trucking companies not use them either. In response to owner: “ghost load” is the term the Shipper used when we provided the Pickup # provided on the signed rate confirmation from your company.

Worst brokers ever. They will do everything to make money and charge you as much as possible. They don't care about facts and just do whatever they feel like.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE! This Broker "fined" us for a late delivery fee. We delivered the load a day early even, and it showed that signed on the rate confirmation. Companies like this need to be reported and closed down.

I was give one rate and broker did not want to send over rate because as he said he was waiting on appointment confirmation. Then said other drivers can book if the call the load in but he would note the trip. I call back and spoke to someone else and the rate had dropped by $200 when someone else answered the phone. Be aware of the games they play!!!!

Don’t use this broker! Reworked load, delivered it, clean signed BOL, now they won’t pay their bill! On top of that, they won’t answer emails or phone calls!, …..stay away…..they are scumbags. They don’t pay

Awful broker. Stay away from them. Carlos abducted and then abandoned the truck, asking for ransom to send us the location of it. At the beginning he seems very nice and polite, good record. He did only two loads with us asking for the second one closer to home to pick up some stuff. After he delivered the load he stopped answering and said to pay him $2000 for two short loads in order to send us the location of the truck. He started working on Thursday this happened on Monday. When we told him we are going to report him, his response was "Oh scary" Stay away from this driver!!!
