Dropped a truck without any warning OAMB

THE DRIVER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A TRUCK, ZERO EXPERIANCE IN TRUCKING, TWO ACCIDENTS IN ONE MONTH PERIOD AND DRIVER DID NOT REPORT A SECOND ACCIDENT - PROPERTY DAMAGE. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A TRUCK IN THE SNOW, LOTS OF ISSUES.

We had a appointment at 00.20 on a Sunday morning. Trailer was not empty until 12:00 (noon) on Monday. They only want to pay $250.00. I cannot ask my drivers to sit for 36 hours and do it for $250.00. Also small companies cannot afford to lose freight revenue without being compensated. The consignee told us when we arrived they were waiting on a part from Germany before they could unload us. They new well before we arrived that we were not getting unloaded, they said nothing.

Non Asset based Broker Trash that looks to "FINE" carriers for anything they can! CARRIERS BEWARE! Its brokers like Associated Logistics that look to fatten their own pockets while cutting out the ones that are doing the ALL the real work! The Carriers! THEY DO NOT RESPECT CARRIERS!! STAY AWAY!!

Do not work with this company . They are not honest and unprofessional. We did our part of the deal they changed their said last minute and now they don't want to reimburse for our service. Save your time and simply avoid working with then , specially with Carlene Bachar . If you care for your drivers , don't trust them!

Hauled a load they didn't check to see if customer was open on friday. we had to sit 3 days with product and they cheaply paid 2 days layover .. Worst attitude Don't haul for them!!!!!

Canceled load Friday 5 pm because they found another carrier for this load.

Booked a load with Daniel Ramirez on a Thursday picking up on Saturday. Friday at 730 pm he send an email out saying "The load is cancelled, don't send your driver in." We close at 5pm. As does EVERY OTHER Carrier in the USA. Therefore nobody saw this email. He DID NOT call us. We have an after hours number, and it wasn't even used. All they did was send us an email 3 hours past closing time and call it good. My driver arrived to pick up the next morning at 0721 to be told the load was moved by a different carrier already. This man sold the load to a different carrier for less, and pulled me off of it outside of business hours, where I would have no chance of recovering. Especially it being on a Saturday. He also was too scared to actually come on the phone and explain what happened. Instead he just ignores my phone calls, and sends emails saying "THERE WILL BE NO TONU." If we were to cancel a load with just 1 email, these guys would have a meltdown. but I guess double standards are normal for freight brokers. Sheep in wolves clothing these guys. Never met people too scared to talk on the phone before LOL. Newly added to our "DO NOT USE" list is Loadsmith.

Booked a load with Aaron Warner. When we arrived at the shipper we were told the shipment was not ready. We warned the broker that we would probably not be able to deliver the shipment on time under these conditions. In response, he did not offer to reschedule the shipment, but simply removed us from the shipment and refused to pay compensation. Is this how your company works?

I do not recommend booking loads with this brokerage company. Especially with brokers Luke Mackey and Travis from Coast 2 Coast Logistics LLC. They booked us as carriers on Load Pro# 85811 WY-WY, and then canceled on us. They refuse paying us TONU (Truck ordered not used). These 2 brokers that work in this company are shady and not trustworthy. Avoid working with them. Thank you

Taylor Logistics is horrible company. They have no issues providing fraudulent information to get business and ruin someone's reputation. They admit they made Fraudulent claims yet will not take responsibility. I would not recommend doing business or working with them ever. How unethical can one business be?

Stay far away from this shipper/broker. They do not care about HOS regulations and should they happen to call your driver while sleeping then they will deduct $50.00 stating that the driver missed a check call. Every load that is dispatched through our TMS sends an ELD tracking link to the broker so they have no excuse not knowing where the driver was. In addition the driver made several check calls through our TMS which sends an exact location with Date/Time-stamp to the broker who booked the load. This is fraudulent business practice at best
