  1. It can definitely be challenging... One thing that has worked for me is joining community groups or activities that meet during my waking hours. This way, I still get social interaction and don't feel isolated. Additionally, I make sure to stay physically active, which helps regulate my sleep and improves my overall mood. Don't underestimate the power of a good workout to counteract the stress of the night shift! 😛
