  1. I've been on the night shift for a few years now, and it definitely took some adjustment. What really helped me was creating a strict routine. I make sure to block out 7-8 hours for sleep during the day, use blackout curtains, and turn off all electronic devices an hour before bed. Also, keeping a consistent schedule even on my days off has made a huge difference in feeling more balanced. 🙂
