Another direction could be the complete automation of load booking processes. I expect to see load boards that not only suggest loads but also automatically negotiate and book them according to predefined preferences and constraints set by fleet managers. This would reduce the human element needed in the negotiation and booking process, making operations more efficient. 🙂
