Constantly Late, Always excuses, abandoned truck in Reno.

Do not hire,abandoned the truck,doesn't know how to secure the load,always late and lazy.

worked for 2 weeks, gave him a brand new 2023 Kw. brought the truck back stating that if we do not remove speed limits, he will quit. We refused. He quit. truck is set to standard industry limits from the factory. Just heads up.

WE PAID FOR THE DRUG TEST. COME TO THE OFFICE WITH ALL OF HIS FAM INCLUDING HIS 8Y OLD SON. WE HIRED HIM, GAVE HIM KEYS, FUEL CARD. BOOKED HIM A LOAD. HE COMFIRMED ITS RECEIVED AND WE LEFT FOR THE DAY. HE STOPPED ANSWERING THE PHONE, AND NEVER PICKED UP THE LOAD. HE NEVER RETURNED THE KEYS OF THE TRUCK. HE SEND US A MESSAGE THAT HIS MOTHER PASSED. HOWEVER HIS WIFE TOLD US THAT THE TRUCK IS DIRTY. TWO VERSIONS OF THE SITUATION, MEANING CLEARLY HE LIED FOR HIS MOTHER DEATH. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

he grabbed the wrong trailer form a shipper and ran it 1200 miles on the wrong drirection . then got mad we did not pay him for the miles he did in error quit and abandoned the truck .

On November 28 2022, Emal Tawab refused to bring his truck to the company yard. After pleading about financial woes, we agreed to pay him early once returning to the yard. Instead, upon receiving the funds, he drove to, and abandoned the truck at Loves Travel Center. Shortly after, a company representative went to recover the truck and found the gear shifting column and turn signal columns broken off. Specifically destroyed to prohibit the truck from operation. The electronic logbook tablet device was also stolen from the truck. Prior to abandoning the truck, Emal was extremely disrespectful, spewing profanity at members of our fleet management team. We will never again hire someone who is sitting in a hotel room, 1000 miles from home.

The driver was late to almost all deliveries, he would drive 500 empty miles, refused loads, he was totally irresponsible. And then he abounded the truck and did not answer our calls, neither gave notice to the company. Not worth hiring.

not hiring, the driver is a problem in the announcement, he doesn't drive, lies, blackmails, stole both the truck and the trailer, we had to send another driver to pick up the truck and the trailer that was with the cargo, he caused damage of over $10,000 to the truck

Driver is crazy, no other way of putting it out there. Drove for us as a lease driver, then we switched him to a flat weekly payment, and he does what he wants, dispatch finds a load he explodes yelling, swearing, that he is not going to take any loads he threatened to take equipment back home and leave it but at least returned it to the yard after multiple back and forth discussions. I would not recommend hiring him because he complains more than he actually produces. He is the type of driver that believes that he should be paid big but does not want to put in the work for it.

Driver is extremely rude and unstable. Very negative attitude, compains about every single thing, no matter what. Lost BOL on his first load and left after a week under the pretense of famiy emergency, and then started blowing everyones phones up once he realized he wasn't paid for the load for which he lost proof of delivery. Yelled at office staff over the phone multiple times and threatened to "physically face anyone in the office" to female members in the office. To be 100% avoided

Do not hire. 1. Very angry/never happy person. 2. Yells all the time. 3. Always late for pick up. 4. Threatens dispatch. 5. Making pictures of bol and posting them on facebook. 6. Told us that she had covid ( didnt come to work for a week). We saw her posting pictures of her parting while she was supposed to be sick. 7. Her truck smelled like weed. This driver very unreliable and lying all the time. We do not recommend.

ABANDONED A TRUCK UNDER A LOAD

The driver failed a drug test on cocaine, asked for help with tickets, food, ubers and hotels, and GPS, and eventually, did not run the truck as intended. After abandoning the truck he did not answer till the afternoon and told the dispatcher that he is going home. He also asked to speak Spanish and his English is bad. In the beginning, he asked for a chance and a handout to make his end meets to continue the requests and needs for the whole day till late evening to just disappear till morning with no explanation why.

Driver caused a 4 car accident during broad daylight by not paying attention, attempted to cover the front facing camera. After bringing this driver back with a load to Chicago, she left a loaded Trailer in the yard for someone else to deliver her load.

Absolute nightmare! Please avoid this driver if possible, he sweetens you up saying how he has experience, but he is the worst driver ever. Very rude tell everyone to "F off" , slow, barely drives any miles so if you don't want to go into minus - please avoid! This BS KING

Terrible driver with worse attitude. Please everyone keep note that. That guy left the company without any notice and made a huge expense by diesel for 1800$.

Driver abandoned truck, was disrespectful with the staff and started blackmailing the manager.

This driver is totally rude in conversation, insulting words and threatening on the phone. Will not recommend him at all to anyone.

Quit without any notice, while he was dispatched with load. Last month before leaving he was having $1000 fuel extra.

Sad, seemed a nice guy, since start working, was very slow although was saying that he was running hard, what a waste of money and time. Driver went home without saying nothing and left the truck in the middle of nowhere.

Driver abandoned our truck at his home, basically couldnt reach driver for 4-5 days. Driver claims his phone was stolen and couldn't reach company. Had to recover truck. Beware of hiring this type of driver.

He was hired as a company driver then after first delivered load sent an invoice of $24k for about 600 miles driven and demand letter to pay him that amount when company denied to pay him that amount and pay him only what was on BOL he then took it upon himself and stole 2 trucks and 2 trailers. Involved other drivers to steal trucks and trailers and promised them cuts as well as yard. owners. Biggest scammer of all, doesn't want to work ! Sells himself as an owner of his own company ,that his truck broke and needs to repair it and needs to work then takes your truck and threatens for money!

This guy came to me 2 times looking for a job. He gives me all his information and I give it all to the manager . He gets approved and vanishes. Dosent return phone calls back or text messages. Don't waist your time on him because he isn't serious about getting a job.

Lazy , lier , make up excuses to go home keep asking for advance money. Wants his flight tickets payed . Quite in 1 day notice. Threatening to kill Threatening to report. All this happened in 3 weeks . Totally wasted my time
