AVOID THIS DRIVER AT ANY COST! He worked for us for a couple of months. He is late very often and at the end he drove empty from KY to TX and abandoned the equipment!!!!!!!!!

Beware of Axle Logistics!! I did a load from AZ to TN and shipper shipped too much and I notified Samuel Cody and Gibson Miller both was aware of the situation and they agreed to pay me $600 more dollars for it being on my trailer and then it set on my trailer for four more extra days until they was able to get another company to redeliver it back to the shipper and now they refuse to pay the additional money that I am now due. They will make their problem your problem and screw the driver. Stay away from these guys not honest people but liers.

Industry standard for detention is first 2 hours are free. After 2 hours is $50/hr after 10 hrs is $250 layover. This guys being also a trucking company should understand how it works and definitely be more professional. Tom, please do more research on detention and layovers because 90% of brokers do pay $50/hr and $250 layovers. $150 you paid for 12hr wait and say nobody will pay more and hang up the phone its not right. You should appreciate the work we do as truckers.

DAVE SOUTHWORTH tricked us . Sent us Rate Confirmation with yesterday's date (11.28) , well it's our fault that we trusted him that this load could deliver on 29. but that was not the case , rate con was sent on 29. He did not answer his cell phone , replied on couple of emails then starts to ignore us. Yesterday (29.) , we also booked the load for Sunday , but apparently that load "was not good" since he knew that he tricked us on this one and that we would probably cancel the load . So , he messed up our dedicated load , left us with full trailer (receiver don't wanna unload us since they did not move the appointment for 29. they just left 28. appointment like the receiver won't notice the difference). Check your pickup or delivery number after booking the load with them or simply avoid them . Broker also knew that we have dedicated load after this one and he totally ignored to tell us that this is recovery load that supposed to be picked up on 28. not 29.

The amount of effort required to get paid for the load is simply unacceptable.

This company books you on loads then ghost you 1 hour later and they say the customer booked it. DO NOT BOOK with these guys waste of time. They always have an excuse.

This is one of the worst companies to use to transport anything! They're not timely? They're very unorganized!

The most glaring issue was with SARA ABDUSSALAM her lack of professionalism and responsiveness. Despite repeated attempts to communicate and seek clarification on crucial matters, there was an alarming lack of response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM based on this profoundly unsatisfactory experience. with their above mentioned agents that need for improvement in communication, attention to detail, and most importantly solving issues.

The warehouse staff at Northwest Distribution are completely incompetent. How do you justify taking 6 hours to load 18 pallets? Trust me, save yourself a headache and your money and just avoid doing any kind of business with this company.

This driver's performance leaves much to be desired. Their proficiency in basic tasks, such as connecting hoses, is notably lacking, raising concerns about their overall competence and capability within their role.

Out of nowhere this dude went home on his own behalf, ignored phone calls for over a week, kept driving for his own business, could not recover the truck for over a week. When he actually did leave the truck, he left it with lots of f***ing damages, this dude is a waste of money, energy and time. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, NEVER EVER!!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!! First of all he don't know how to drive and he don't know how to park. He is scared to drive and keep saying that he is scared for his safety to not send him to the mountains ( he means PA :D ). He hit one of our trucks, refuse loads, late for every pick up and delivery. He don't seemed that he was mentally stable, because he was yelling on the phone, sending long msg. with nonsense. On top of that he left the truck in downtown Chicago in the middle of the street. Left the truck to run on the street lights. We need it to chase him with the police.
