    Beware of this driver and wife. Vincent does not no how to handle communication nor HOS. He was scheduled to go home to take his CDL test. He failed the test the first time taken, he supposedly took the test on second day but said he was kicked out of the facility because DMV thought he was cheating, He stopped all communication, disconnected the GPS then abandoned our truck and trailer in Shreveport, LA where he lives. After speaking with relatives; driver and wife may have a drug problem! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
