This driver has been saying he will come to our company for months, then changes his mind the day before. Multiple times. He finally comes on a Monday, the expectation was to do 3 weeks out, 5 days home. Starts Monday afternoon for orientation. By Friday Morning, he tells dispatch he has to take a shower and do stuff. He calls back 3pm Friday saying he is ready for a load as if Friday at the end of the day. We had a load ready for him on Friday morning but he was not answering the phone. In conclusion. This driver is a waste of time and money. He makes himself unavailable and blames you for not finding him a load. We can not book him a load if he is not willing to be available. Then he quits the very next Monday so 6 days after starting. Inconsistent and hard to trust. How can you make any money with a driver like this?

Mental problems, he is there with his body but his mind is never there, some kind of depression, he needs help.
