Unprofessional, rude, arrogant, mean. The worst driver I ever encounter! We've started the hiring process with him 2 times and he never showed up. First time he disappeared when we were supposed to schedule the orientation. Second time he called with the same excuse "family issues" , however, we were in a position that we needed drivers so we gave him another chance. We discussed everything again, pull his records again, scheduled the orientation and purchased the ticket. The company policy is that every Lease driver pays for their flight ticket, not all at once but from multiple paychecks. He was fine with that at first. Few hours before departure he started texting that he is not okay with paying for the ticket. I explained him that's the company policy and after all the drama he agreed to come. At the end it turned out that he just wanted to use us for the ticket He never showed up for orientation and never picked up the phone again. Don't waste your time with this one! Total waste of time and money!! The ticket was 400$ which we lost, with all the other expenses during the process!! DO NOT HIRE!
