    Driver came as owner operator, we didn't put him on the road with his truck due to defective equipment. Before he came in the company he asked to we pay his repair and deduct from his paycheck. Driver lease unit until make money to pay repair ($1000). He stayed for 2 months with us and leased vehicle. On the end he abandoned loaded trailer. Used company fuel card to fuel his truck, took cash advance and left company. He owns to the company. Be careful with him. As a driver, doesn't answer the phone every time when you're calling him, otherwise he is super cool when talks with you.
