This driver is horrible. Always complains and says "he's too nervous to drive" after any little thing happens. He lost his wallet and said "I'm too nervous to drive" although he was booked on a CUSTOMER load picking up an hour later. He needed to take two days off to get rid of his nervousness. We gave him a second chance and the benefit of the doubt. We put him on another customer load picking up at midnight and he wouldn't answer his phone so someone drove out to where he was parked and woke him up. He ripped off a trailer door backing into the dock because he forgot to secure the door open. We told him to go to the yard and pick up a different trailer and go back to load the customer load and he said okay. He called an hour later and said that he was too nervous to drive and that he needed to take a couple of hours off to gather himself. He finally made it back to the yard and we told him he was fired. We offered him a bus ride home to Michigan so that he's not stuck in the cold and he said okay. He stole the truck from the yard, disconnected the GPS and stopped answering our phone calls. He has been reported to the police and we're now looking for the truck. Do not hire. If you do, you'll regret it for sure.
