    quit under dispatch , no notice given , no notice at all. Before that very often late , cranky , hard to get a hold of him. I decided not to deduct from his pay , I could if charge him for not giving a notice, for no call no show, late on loads, he was aware o this charges and sign for it. Anyway I decided not too. Today I send him his statement, he has one more next week. He start email me with threats , very nasty threats to give him all his money . " I am not asking you, I am telling you give me my damn money" and how he is calling his lawyer and our customers and all that. Wow , but he could not send a text or an email letting me know that he quits. This guy is delusional , he wants to be paid and maybe a bonus for not going to work when he was dispatched.
