    Even after all bad references from his previous employers, we still decided to give him a chance and hired him. He completely destroyed our NEW equipment for the time he work for us. After he was terminated, he started threatening our company.

    Drug problems, did drug test and it came out positive for cocaine. Later on we found out that he had positive drug test for another company after accident.
