Driver lease the truck and never invested anything to keep truck in good condition(driving with bad tires, broken windshield and etc) and on that way risking the company score which he already ruined since dot stop him and gave him a ticket. Beside this he damaged the truck and own us the money which he agree to pay driving one more week of course we gave him a new truck without charging him while his truck it is in the shop which was our good will to do that but of course he don't appreciate that and he think that he doesn't have to pay his weekly expenses while is truck in the shop. However , he just drove one week and he thought it is enough to pay what he owned us. After two weeks he asked us to drive as company driver and we gave him a chance to pay off his expenses and make money but then he start making problem how we cant charge him for the damage what he owned us. When he have to come to pick up the truck we paid him a ticket and send some advance and he never showed up. This guy will ruin you because he doesn't care about anything except him self
