    This driver is completely arrogant and refuses to do randoms. Goes on his own terms, when he wants and refuses to be compliant in any way. Then will sit there and tell you he did what he was supposed to do "by law". When you tell him you will have to put it down as a refusal, he threatens to call DOT for harassment. Stay away from this driver, completely insubordinate and full of DOT threats.
