    Late for every single load. Recently It took him 4 days to complete 1200 mi trip and was late for Wal-Mart del appt and was rescheduled for next day. Had to cancel next load. The next day , after delivering a load at 7 am the guy fell asleep so deep nobody can wake him up. Spent 1.5 hrs for 2 dispatchers and broker to wake him. 50 missed calls, messages - no answer. Late again for the current load. This is just recently. We have numerous complains from shippers, receivers and brokers about his behavior. Ruined our relationship with couple brokers due to being unable to pick up and deliver on time. Doesn't meter if the trip is 400 mi or 1000 mi - always late. When we tried to explain that is doesn't work like that he decided to quit the next day. Good luck.
