    He is constantly complaining about the phone calls for temperature updates and brokers' calls and he is driving the reefer division. He is very angry and upset all the time, he was at delivery and didn't want to deliver a load unless we pay his Sign On bonus in full amount and he was here for only one month, get a raise of 0.90cpm, and to not be called for temperature updates from brokers, and after hours.

    Took a load as hostage. Blackmailing and asking for advances. Abounded the truck with loaded reefer trailer.
