    Driver started driving for a week being paid cpm. Then he asked to be paid $300 per day flat rate and we decided to try. He drove a little over 20h for the whole week and they when we told him he can't get $300 per day for that he abandoned our truck idling until he drains the fuel tanks. This happened in FL more than 1000mi away from our terminal and it is not even parked at a designated truck parking. AVOID,AVOI, AVOID!!!
