    Robert Hicks seemed promising during the interview process. He was really persistent during that process, and checked in regularly while waiting for his drug test results. They came back negative, so we chose a start date, and helped him book a flight. On the morning of his flight he called me to complain that airport security wouldn't let him take a bag of tools on the plane. When I asked why he couldn't check the bag he said because he didn't want them to get damaged. So he decided he was just going to leave and look elsewhere, and leave us with a non-refundable plane ticket.
