    HIRE ON YOUR RISK. This one is one of those "I have 30 years of experience and i know how to do this better then anybody". Started driving and started "teaching" dispatcher how to do his job. Refused to use his personal cell phone for communications. Would not accept any comunication from shiper/broker. Loses his cool every single day, and starts his rant using foul language. Quit after 1.5 weeks. Did not even delivered his last load. Dropped the loaded trailer in the receivers yard and left. Drove bobtail to the hub. Total nutcase.
