    He is constantly driving empty to home without dispatch or safety authorization making 500 empty miles on 2 occasions in just one week. He is arguing with everybody and refuse to listen he is saying that whatever is told to him he will do the oposite He picked up a load that was 2 miles away pick up and he went in opposite direction to home 250 miles. He refuse to drive to the delivery and keeps the truck in middle of nowhere Save yourself and your equipment, do not take this so called driver in consideration
