    Well i felt the need that he came back and worked a few months . Then quit again due to wife sickenes . He did the right thing this time and gave proper notice

    Where to begin. Ran him like driver , made him owner op even let him sell the truck and make money on it before lease term expired. said let me sell it and i will drive yours . Used the truck to go home and quit no notice or nothing. Guy has no shame . If you do hire be aware you will need babysitter for him and keep a big escrow . my 2 cents but even then not worth it. Hope it helps. Well had to post that he did come back to work for a few months and then quit again due to wife being sick. He did do the right thing this time and gave right notice . This was the reason he did that because he did have hard time finding a job .
