    Ricardo worked for us for about 2 weeks. He doesn't understand Elogs at all. He was disconnecting the device. At the end he said he is going to hospital to do surgery and then dropped loaded trailer in MS near where he lives. We asked him to provide some kind of proof that he was in the hospital or at the doctor, but he texted to dispatcher that he is done working. After that he did not answer his phone.
