Terrible driver to work with, during the hiring process he acts all nice but as soon as he is on the road he is being a smart ass, doing whatever he wants, and not following the rules. Everytime we have to give him a call in regards to something it's giving us a headache. You can't have a normal conversation with him. Doesn't know the eld rules but thinking he is so smart and knows everything. Keeps unplugging the ELD device and driving like that. We tied to bring him to Chicago for a couple of months now to fire him but he keeps manipulating the dispatch and getting loads to totally different parts of the country. You might also be in contact with his wife who is also really rude. Finally, he left a damaged truck in TX and we had to send a driver to pick it up. Save yourself time and nerves and don't hire this guy.
