    Watch out for this guy, he took a freight on the first day and stopped answering the phones. He only was texting. I believe this is the way he is collecting money from carriers that want to fire him the next day. He says you need to give him a 2-week notice to let him go, and if you don't have a clause in the contract that you can terminate him at any time for no given reason, then he would screw you. He wasn't able to give me his recent employment history just said he was relaxing for about 6 months.

    He's got some mental issues and talks delusional things. On the first day on the job he turns the phone off, and dispatchers can't figure out where he is and what he is doing. he sent a text after hours of delivery that he delivered.
