- in 2 weeks of work 2 times drove truck unauthorized and without telling anybody - being late to pu, slow driver, difficult to get things done with, abuse of personal conveyance mode, drove with disconnected ELD, for days at a time doesn't respond to phone or messages, very demanding with constant new requests - Two dispatchers tried to work with him, no success, he plays the "smart guy" all the time, like he has been played around and not otherwise - asked him to return equipment and leave, after he dropped off his stuff home, went to del and then drove 250 mi to his home without explanation, he disconnected truck GPS/ELD, said he feels bad (sick) and started negotiating how he will return the truck and what his check will be like, after 1 week he arrived with a load from GA to IL, so we paid rent for the truck and other bills another week just for him to chill out, keep equipment hostage and negotiate what he will get
