Driver took his pre-employment test , when collector walk in and check his cup , it was out of temperature , also how collector says it have some also suspicion with color. In accordance with DOT testing regulations, the following drug test had to be conducted under direct observation by a male collector. During the required pre-test inspection, the male collector discovered that the driver had a container strapped to his leg, with a small tube running into his pants — indicating an attempt to tamper with the test. As a result, the test was immediately stopped. The case has been referred to the Medical Review Officer (MRO) for further investigation and evaluation.
The driver left the truck stopped on the road and walked away, truck impounded....
This driver demonstrated a serious lack of responsibility. After completing his route, he abandoned the truck and went home without notifying anyone or following proper return procedures. Such conduct jeopardizes company assets, disrupts operations, and reflects poor professionalism.
I strongly advise against hiring or contracting this driver again.
All good with background checks, seemed like a very compliant driver coming over till he started - driving. If u want a driver who can do 300 miles a day, go for it, every 100 mile mark has to sleep for 2 hours... OTR - is not for him! Local companies, won't have any complains.
Before coming in stated that he will meet our requirements, not even a day in on the job the driver stated the he would like to only drive Mon-Friday, every weekend off, which is way different from what we've talked before his arrival, as we require 3weeks. DO NOT hire, arrogant, giving his own conditions on the road. Horrible to work with this driver.
Throughout employment the driver frequently complained about various issues, which disrupted smooth route planning. Despite efforts to address concerns, the collaboration did not work out and has been terminated
During the trial period the driver repeatedly raised unfounded complaints about routes and work conditions, failed to follow procedures, and showed no improvement despite support. We consider him unfit for this role
