Bad Communication. Driver pushed us to purchase him a flight ticket to our office and asked to cover for baggage purchases and Taxi services, and all of this for nothing. Driver did not fly and not come to our office. Made us pay for services for nothing. Driver will lie that they tried to call but zero effort to prove they attempted to communicate.
