    Refusing to accept that he was late for pick up and deliveries, and doesn't accept late charges passed on him from brokers. Threatening the company that he is going to go with the legal way, even though he is not right. Asking for extra compensation from loads that he doesn't deserve.

    Unprofessional driver doesn't know how to manage hours, doesn't answer calls, especially to brokers because he doesn't answer unknown numbers, late for pick up and delivery.
