Very difficult driver to work with, everything is on her terms and she is never wrong always late and never wrong , wants loads pre booked then decides last minute she does not feel like driving so we have to cancel, started driving and after 3 weeks wanted to go home for 2 weeks in our company that is a red flag, if she wanted to go for a weekend or 3 4 days then ok but 2 weeks that means she would get her paychecks and abandon the truck. We managed to get her to come to base and go home with her own transportation, after reassuring she will come back after 2 weeks with team driver we held the truck for her, as u can imagine she was owing us 2 weeks worth of expenses and did not have money to come up with it nor did she had a team drive that would allow her to take care of negative in a short period of time so we let her go. unreliable
