The driver had poor communication skills, didn't maintain the equipment in good condition, and was threatening to the maintenance team when asked to fix the truck and do regular pm. We needed to recover the truck and the repair to put back that vehicle on road we close to 12K. Hiring this person is just a waste of time money and resources
