I'm surprised it has come to this, but given the situations, the driver loves to start, I think it's reasonable to write a review to advise his future employers. He's a great driver nonetheless, but his go-to argument is always threatening with lawyers, and sticking to his own worldview and not seeing him being in the wrong. The driver received a citation for being overweight on an axle. We've reached out asking why he didn't scale earlier, to which he responded that the scales he went to, were the closest ones, and right away started throwing his lawyer around. His pickup was in Fayetteville, NC and he only weighted in Elgin, SC, passing by 9 CAT scales, to which he just saw an opportunity to power-trip and threaten to quit, dropping the truck, etc. No harm or offense was meant with the emails, yet Mike just wanted to see it as a personal attack and would not back down. Patience to whoever ends up working with him in the future. EDIT: After the last email, the driver has called his dispatcher and threatened to drop his truck "and we can figure it out from there".
