Michael was very nice and seemed professional at first. He had just started with us and was planning 2 weeks off for his wedding and honeymoon and had only been here 2 weeks. He text a non dispatcher on 6/4 at 0200 am and said he had an emergency at home and dropped a loaded trailer at a penske and bobtailed from Indianapolis IN to Columbia SC. He was paid for that week and the following week he still had not returned to the work, we charged him for the fuel consumed and a quit without notice per his contract. we went to retrieve the truck where he had left it at. He poured spaghetti all in the seats and floors, I dont know what is on the back walls as of yet but it looks like soup or something. This is all because he was charged for the fuel he consumed to bobtail from IN- SC and a contract termination fee for not returning to work NEVER HIRE HIM IF YOU WANT YOUR TRUCK TO LOOK LIKE THIS WHEN HE DOESNT GET HIS WAY!!
