Not that anyone can hire this so called person, because his licence is suspended, but just in case here is a heads up. Drove for us for a week, and then we had to let him go because of his Clearinghouse report being updated to "DRIVER PROHIBITED" because he had refused to drug test for another company. It is our company policy that for drivers that get terminated like this, we need to process everything and make sure we are not liable for their mistakes before we process their pay. Since then, driver has been abusive, making over 300 phone calls per day harassing and tormenting the office staff, and most recently has started to call brokers and customers in an effort to undermine us and to tear down our relationships with our customers. He is highly unstable, and takes his personal frustrations for his failings out on other people without regard of anyone else. In the one week he has been with us, he easily falls under the top 3 worst employees we have ever had.
