    Do not waste your time trying to work with this guy. He would not cooperate no matter how hard you try to accommodate and explain what needs to be done. He refused to use logbook. Our logbook team tried for 2 hours to get him set up only to get refused and told that he has no intentions to use one and that he is not interested into using paper alternative either. Then he would not send a BOL to the company. Dispatcher spent an hour trying to get him to send the document and take a proper picture of BOL but all he got was a bunch of cussing words and a statement that he did not need a photography course. And to make things even better he decided to stop cooperating after he delivered his first load and started threatening to another dispatcher saying that he will damage the truck and then come to the office, find him and kill him.
