    I am writing regarding Mr. McKinley Douglas from Houston, TX, to inform that he is not a safe driver, rude, and shows aggressive behavior. Mr. Douglas had been employed with our company for 11 months, during which several issues came to our attention, such as arguing with dispatchers, being out of service, and breaks on the road. As of October 2, 2023, he was terminated from our company because he refused to take a load, he took a trip = 1500 miles from Logan, UT to Houston, TX (his home town) for personal reasons without obtaining approval from the dispatcher. Mr. Douglas also displayed aggressive behaviors toward company employees, made threatening comments towards employees, and threatened to damage company equipment (truck and trailer). We had to involve Law Enforcement to stop him on the road and escalate him out of the truck.
