    Driver was terminated after several warnings - being late for almost every appointment, pick up or delivery. Driving 500 miles for 5 days, using excuses as health issues, teeth pain, being sick, etc. When he goes on home time, truck is always broke down and needs a shop for some reason.. never ready to start when agreed on. After being terminated, called the company and threatened to employees , sent texts such as farting sounds and direct threat - "I would not be coming to work tomorrow if I were you", "someone will have to pay for this" etc.
