    Driver got loaded with reefer load in NY Friday with delivery in PA on Saturday and decided to not deliver Saturday and to go home in Detroit until Monday without notifying anybody (apparently she had to do her hair). Monday the broker called to see where the trailer is and rescheduled delivery for Tuesday but she missed Tuesday delivery because she couldn't wake up. Broker sent the truck back to the shipper and filed a claim for $13.789 for the product that got past the shelf life. Insurance denied the claim and we end up paying from our packets. Be aware.. she's not a responsible driver.
