    Driver was terminated because he consistently and habitually FAILED to communicate and when he did communicate it was excessive complaints about everything under the sun. He hates working and is extremely lazy. He also lied a lot about made up stories as to why he couldn't work. Our biggest regret is giving him too many chances to improve. The truck he ran was in the negative EVERY week and recovering from his terrible performance will take twice the time he worked here. Not to mention the times he shuts his phone off, refuses loads and uses the truck to joy ride hundreds of miles at our expense. Don't believe his sad stories. This guy is a total joke.
