Worked for us for 6 months. Not a problematic driver, gets the job done, no issues with dispatch. However, very unreliable once on home time. Every time it got harder and longer to get hold of him. Weekends off turned into a week off. Started with "I'll be ready tomorrow", family emergencies, falling off the grid to actually committing to work and not showing up. Which was our reason to discharge him.
